Rhodonite Crystal Heart

Rhodonite is a stone that has clearly been through something. The deep dusty rose threaded through with veins of black manganese oxide, running through it like fault lines in the earth, speaks of something that has cracked and held anyway. It is said to be the stone of emotional healing for exactly this reason. Not because it makes things easy, but because it understands that they aren't.

Carved into a heart, it becomes something more deliberate still. The shape that every culture has used to represent love, connection and the part of us that feels most deeply, held in a stone associated with healing that same part. It is the kind of object that doesn't need explaining when you give it to someone. They will understand immediately.

Each heart has been hand carved and polished in Madagascar by local artisans, shaped from natural rhodonite and finished by hand. The contrast between the warm rose and the dark veining varies significantly from piece to piece — each one telling a slightly different story depending on where the black runs through it. Approximately 6cm, 50-150g.
