Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched same day or next working day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery

We ship across the UK via Evri. Standard delivery takes approximately 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Free standard shipping on orders over £50

Tracked Shipping

All Symbolia orders are sent with tracking. You will receive your tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when it's available.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 working days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at contact@symbolia.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Gift Orders

If your order is a gift, please ensure the delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched.
