Welcome to Symbolia. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Symbolia, operated by Mira Accessories Ltd. Symbolia is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when using Symbolia. Please read them carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our services.

We have made every effort to accurately represent our products. However, colours and appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to device settings. We do not warrant that product appearance or quality will meet your exact expectations. Product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time.

Please note that all gemstone products include a meaning card describing the story and symbolism of your stone. Stone properties are described as what they are said or believed to carry — we make no medical, therapeutic or psychological claims.

Section 3 — Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. Symbolia reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and payment has been processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.

Section 4 — Prices and Billing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Prices do not include shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that charges will be honoured.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or circumstances outside our control. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

All content on the Symbolia website including text, images, graphics, product descriptions, brand names, logos and slogans are owned by Mira Accessories Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

We may provide access to third party tools as part of our services. These are provided "as is" and we accept no liability arising from your use of them.

Symbolia is powered by Shopify. Any purchases you make are made directly with Symbolia. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Symbolia.
